Governing: While our distracted national media fawn over a murderous dictator's evil sister and pretend that the Rob Porter White House scandal means something, President Trump continues to remake our government.
Quietly, Trump has begun to whittle away at the power and permanence of our nation's bureaucratic ruling class by slashing regulations and limiting powers that Congress foolishly has allowed it to take over.
It's not merely the size of the bureaucracy that matters. It's the increasing power that gives the anonymous men and women who toil in the U.S.' unofficial fourth branch of government immense say over nearly every aspect of American private and commercial life with virtually no accountability.
This has long been a big issue for businesses. They often find themselves operating under federal bureaucratic "guidance documents" that, while they aren't law, are virtually indistinguishable from law as far as businesses are concerned.
The documents provide businesses with directions as to how to comply with the law. Sounds innocent, but in fact Congress often writes the laws broadly and leaves it up to the bureaucracy to implement them. The "guidance" they offer therefore has the power of law.
Unfortunately, the "guidance" offered by federal bureaucrats tends overwhelmingly to be left wing in its political orientation, given the political make-up of our bureaucracy.

To MAGA, this needs to happen:
- dismantle the unconstitutional 80% portion of the feds (some details below) AND
- then cut taxes to a FLAT 10%-15%...
THE RESULTS WOULD BE...
- the deficit would basically disappear
- the average American would be significantly wealthier overnight
- our economy would launch into the stratosphere
- the IRS would be reduced to a storefront
- AND we would be well on our way to the recovery of our Free Constitutional Republic.
WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO DISMANTLE THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL 80% PORTION OF THE FEDS...
...start with abolishing these unconstitutional, useless, and harmful departments, agencies, and bureaucracies:
Department of Health and Human Services ($1 TRILLION budget!!!)
Department of Energy
Department of Education
Department of Labor
Department of Agriculture
Department of Commerce
Department of Housing and Urban Development
Department of Transportation
The 440 unconstitutional Federal Administrative Agencies including
EPA
FCC
SBA (Small Business Administration)
Our Goal to MAGA: RESTORE OUR FREE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC!
If he can eliminate even a fraction of those agencies on the recent list, it will be infinitely more than any of his predecessors have done. My Dem congresswoman is up in arms about how the proposed eliminations will cripple all kinds of government meddling and boondoggles in her district, so I’m sure Trump has selected the right targets.
I’m sure some will be negotiated to stay but let the cutting begin!
What do you think will happen if we implement all of what you want?
Inflation? Social disruptions on a massive scale? HELLO!
I love watching the old series Yes, Minister a British comedy based on the bureaucracy versus the politicians on who really rules the nation. I believe Sir Humphrey, bureaucrat par excellence, was played to perfection by Nigel Hawthorne. Comedy but also eye-opening.
So you, an apparent participant on a site that stands for American Patriotism, think that limiting the federal government to it constitutional boundaries will cause inflation and social disruption?
You’re either on the wrong site or you need some serious remedial education about the Constitution and freedom.
Our goal to MAGA is the RESTORATION of our FREE CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC. Either lead, follow, or get out of the way.
...and Economics...
Is that a large military coin collection on the table behind the desk? I wonder how long he has been collecting that?
- the deficit would basically disappear
- the average American would be significantly wealthier overnight
- our economy would launch into the stratosphere
- the IRS would be reduced to a storefront
- AND we would be well on our way to the recovery of our Free Constitutional Republic
So you're worried about the Delusional Lying Leftists being angry if we win the cultural war to regain our Free Constitutional Republic? You'd rather continue to lose to these tyrants who want to put you in chains of tyranny than risk their wrath? You can't be serious. That's like Patton's army worrying about angering the Nazis as they rolled over the Rhine.
Exhibit A: Peter Strozk
Every department head and every bureau chief of every Cabinet position would receive the following memo:
Please bring an unsigned copy of your letter of resignation to my desk, effective (date), along with a copy of your official job description and date of hire, number of employees in your immediate supervisory influence, including dates of hire, wage/salary, and how long that position has been in place. Be prepared to answer my questions regarding your service, the necessity of lthe number of your subordinates' positions, and to sign the aforementioned resignation in my presence and leave it on my desk. Sample question you might be asked: "You have 3 administrative assistants. What are the duties of each position, and what did you do to be provided these services before they were hired?"
You need to think before you post.
Have a nice day.
‘Pod.
Also make sure that federal taxing, spending, and domestic policy respects Congresss constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States."Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." United States v. Butler, 1936.
And to make Pres. Trumps vision for MAGA last for many generations, the states need to repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
In fact, until the states wake up and repeal the 17th Amendment, evidenced by concerns about the integrity of Alabama's special Senate election, patriot candidates need to win elections by a large enough margin to compensate for possible deep state ballot box fraud and associated MSM scare tactics.
Hacking Democracy - The Hack
Preach it brother
And you don't?
Unfortunately, Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 - limited tax powers - was overridden by the 16th Amendment conceived by the Leftist Republican Teddy Roosevelt and which will never conceivably be overturned. However, dismantling the unconstitutional 80% portion of the government will do a lot to defang the beast.
However, you’re right about spending, and domestic policy which is where we nuke 80% of the federal monster. Freedom and joy in America!
