Rep Gohmert appeared on Fox News Sunday to talk about the FISA abuse memo which was released Friday. Gohmert also revealed he is requesting the House Judiciary Committee subpoena the FISA court hearing transcripts.
“I have prepared a letter that I plan to submit to and hopefully have other people sign on with me tomorrow on our Judiciary Committee we have a great Chairman [Bob Goodlatte] on our Judiciary Committee. He wants to get to the facts and what I’m asking him for is that we as the Judiciary Committee subpoena the transcripts from the FISA court hearings, the four different ones at least regarding the dossier…I want to hear everything that was said,” Gohmert said.
Gohmert wants to know why the FISA judge hasn’t put anyone in jail for committing a fraud against the court. Hint: The FISA judge was appointed by Obama.

The judge in this FISA episode has a problem. The fact that he won’t even act to correct the abuses he approved...would suggest that his license to practice law ought to be reviewed and possibly terminated.

Well the memo did come out Friday so he probably need some time to gather the info from the hearing and review the documents before he can consider holding people in contempt. If he is part of the conspiracy then he just might want to throw somebody under the bus to save himself and that’s when it’s time to get the popcorn.
Because maybe the judge needs to be in jail with them.

Gohmert is one of the good guys along with his allies in Congress and Judicial Watch. They need to continue with their incredible persistence against this governmental criminal enterprise.

Need a special counsel to pursue this, but one who is not up to his eyeballs entangled in it.
Mueller has a thousand times more reason to recuse himself from this investigation than Sessions ever did.
So far Mueller seems to be directing all of his focus toward imaginary crimes and away from the multitude staring the world in face.

These members have Only Two responsibilities together in our system. To pass the annual budget before Oct 1st each year and to oversee the Impeachment Proceedings to keep our leaders clean!

His appointment then was just 4 days after the 11 hr meeting of counsels from various federal departments- some 10 to 11- at the Obama White House.

If that court won’t defend itself from abuse, it needs to be disbanded and the judges disbarred.
If this happed to a normal court, all of the lawyers involved would be having midlife career changes after considering their futures at a goverment-sponsored all expense paid retreat.
