Since this FBI application has been a very embarrassing and integrity challenging issue for the FISC,and the Supreme Court appoints judges to the FISC, then the Supreme Court should set up a verifiable procedure to expeditiously get transcripts of all the proceedings for the original application and the three renewals redacted of all legitimate security issues, and make them public.
This is one way to reestablish the integrity of the FISC and abolish the apparent rubber stamp approval of warrants to monitor U.S. Citizens. The "F" in FISC is for FOREIGN persons.

I don’t believe the Supreme Court can do anything like your suggestion.
Until actual cases are filed the ball is in the Congress’s court. It could impeach and remove judges for corruption and other high crimes and misdemeanors.
