So volcanoes spew CO2 which these idjits say cause global warming, now they say global warming causes volcanoes? This would cause a run-away reaction then.

A study released Tuesday in the journal Scientific Reports found that snowfall on the highest peak in the Alaska Range has more than doubled since the start of the Industrial Revolution in the mid-19th century
To reconstruct a timeline of volcanic activity, the researchers examined the Icelandic eruption record as well as a record of the ash that fell in Europe during those Icelandic eruptions, which ultimately settled into microscopic layers in the continent’s peat bogs and lakes, study author Graeme Swindles says. He and his colleagues matched these layers to specific Icelandic volcanoes then developed a detailed timeline of increases and decreases in eruptions.
Okay, which came first? The chicken or the egg.
They are linking volcanism to growing or shrinking glaciers.
But rising magma prior to an eruption will cause a glacier to shrink regardless of the ambient temperature above the glacier.
After the eruption the sulfur-dioxide spewed from the volcano causes climate cooling.
Their timeline garnered from ash layers will not be accurate enough to glean which came first.
