Clearly proponents of “Net Neutrality” are racist bigots who can’t accept an Indian American FCC Chairman.

Everything seemed fine before Net Neutrality ,so what’s the problem now ,LOL
To: Kaslin
DemocRats look around until they see a “problem” that has escaped notice. Their solution is for a massive, unconstitutional government bureaucracy that will create more problems than they solve. The solution is, of course, to take more of your freedoms and give the government more money and power. And when anyone dares to suggest that the program does more harm than good, they scream like a cat whose tail was stepped on.
There was no need for a Department of Education before it was created in the 1970s. We didn’t need one. Last year its budget was $68 BILLION in 2016. That is a lot of money for something we don’t need. Yet Republicans don’t dare mention abolishing it for fear of the people who are convinced that it is absolutely necessary.

I believe that “Si , se puede” actually means “yes, we can” in spanish. Maybe Rush needs to get his spanglish act together(?) He hasn’t been going to enough La Raza rallies lately, that’s for sure lol

I’m open to explanations about why this will or won’t affect the cost of renting and streaming HD movies.

I'm far from any expertise in this area. What I do know is that, having spent 23 years in east Asia, the Internet in South Korea is many, many times faster than it is in the USA. And of all places, the Philippines, in villages where there are no landlines at all, every one from 11 years of age up has decent mobile service, and in the other pocket is a mobile hot spot with all the GBs they need for $20 (USD) per month.
One Korean man said to me, "Some one sure does keep the Internet speed choked down in your country! Why?!"
To: John Leland 1789
..."Some one sure does keep the Internet speed choked down in your country!" I have said the same for 10 years now. Every day they tell us we need to stream video over our phones, tablets, computers, and TV's, but we can barely check our email. There is no way we will ever "cut the cord" except in a few mega cities. 98% of the rest of the country just suffers through 1-6 mbs with stoppages periodically. I can't even watch a Youtube at 360 and not have buffering.
This situation is crying out for some Chinese immigrant to come in here and spend a few bucks on fiber and put the others out of business. ATT and Verizon sure won't.

I'm waiting for an explanation of why anyone needs to stream movies (or any garbage TV). If people must watch, there are downloads available. Downloads will never be throttled or tariffed. Can't be censored since people can just download the same thing somewhere else.
I'm also waiting for an explanation of why giant leftist corporations like Google, Netflix, Facebook and Amazon are screaming for this so-called neutrality.

Actually it would be translated as he can or she candepending on the object of the verb poder means to be able to. As in Puedo abrir la ventana. I can open the window.
Literally translated from English to Spanish it would be Si podemos.

If ISPs are going to do all these bad things in the absence of Net Neutrality regulations, then why didn’t they do them prior to the implementation of these regulations in 2015?

Now, THAT is brilliant!I went searching through Google images and could not find anything that was not propaganda in favor of Net Neutrality. I did , however , see an Image of Al Franken promoting it and thats when the idea hit me. You might say dirty old Al grabbed my attention,
