I live in Alabama. Voted for Judge Moore, but face it, he lost.

Let’s not waste anymore of the state’s money on election. We all need to be getting ready for 2018.

I am disappointed that more Republicans and Conservatives didn’t get their butts to the polling places yesterday. So many people I know did not vote! We’re just hearing about it this morning.

Moore lost because those people didn’t vote.

He forgot the 11th commandment on those tablets. The ME it’s about is HE. The guy upstairs. Not Moore.

I suspect OAN is probably not wanting a high profile on this just right now......

It’s NOT a waste of effort, given that the GOPee just yesterday morning petitioned a democrat judge to get rid of the electronic records that would be used for a recount - even though the CIA had told AL that the voter rolls had been hacked by “the Russians” (euphemism for our own intelligence community, since they’ve made sure they have the ability to plant Russian digital fingerprints wherever they want - and have already been caught messing with the voter rolls in Georgia and other states).... AND this was the first year that electronic voting had been used, electronic systems are known to have glitches that need to be worked out, AND this election reversed years and years of voting patterns.

The GOPee relies on funding decided by the District of Corruption swamp-dwellers. We saw it in Mississippi, where crimes were committed by the GOPee in order to thwart the will of we the people, we saw it in Alaska... There is a pattern of corruption. It is NEVER a waste of time to hold the system accountable and to root out the corruption that in reality is treason against the US Constitution.

The only way it is a waste of time is if you’ve decided that the nation is already dead. And to be truthful, people making comments like yours make me really wonder whether this nation is already dead. Sad thing to wonder, when we now have a fighter in the White House and the deep state slime is being exposed more and more every day.

We want to see how the Democrats had 92% of their voters at the polls.

Must have been some reason why the state supreme court ruled that no voting records had to be preserved.

Which procedure is that?

Finding a bunch of uncounted ballots for Jones in the trunk of a car in some junkyard somewhere.

No. Remember Steins’s recount. There is more justification for a recount in this instance.

I watched the Alabama election (even though I’m from Georgia) from the time the polls closed, till the end...county by county.

At one point Moore was way ahead, and then the late-comers finally sent their tallies into the board.

Dallas county - a large, BLUE, county was the very last to report...and it stayed blank for a long time, with “no precincts reporting”...and then all of a sudden at the end, enough votes were found to push Jones over the top...barely.

But, as has been stated, and RINOs caused Moore’s loss, and, the sanctimonious people who did “write-ins”.

It seems to me that most, if not all, of the write-ins were Conservative/Republican...for certainly mind-numbed democrats wouldn’t dare stray from their party line. So, that means, the dems didn’t win, the GOpE LOST. I we had got that 22K plus write in people, we might have won it.

So, this win means nothing for the dems, except one more vote in the Senate. It’s not a trend, it’s sorry-ass management in Congress, in the person(s) Ryan and the Senate leader.

An Alabama lower court should still able to order not to destroy voter information if they have evidence of voter fraud. So Moore better work quickly.

Voter fraud in Jefferson County alone, if proved, would put Moore over the top easily. Given the turn-out numbers, I have reason to suspect voter fraud. The trick is to prove it with boots on the ground looking for more than 66,309 people in Jefferson County who voted for Moore. It's not impossible to do. It's not even difficult. It just requires a lot of boots on the ground and I don't know if Alabama is up for the challenge.

When it appeared Moore could win the Alabama court order the ballots to be preserved for a recount. As soon as the Jones win was announced the court declared the ballots could be immediately destroyed. Plays very loudly to court protected voter fraud.

I am sure he can ask for a recount if he pays. The question is why bother? It would take a miracle to make up 1.5%. I suppose he thinks there is no downside. It’ll just cost money, but if he’s got money in the bank, why not use it?

Both Demonrats and Republicans (same party now) will have themselves a big ol’ belly laugh, and go back to colluding for the destruction of the United States. Prediction here and now: THERE WILL BE NO RECOUNT. They destroyed the ballot images, or soon will.

From your link:

“However, the state Supreme Court overruled his decision, which Verified Voting says will limit the state’s ability to do election audits or catch hacking attempts.

“If every state’s election systems provided voter-verified paper ballots and post-election audits, we would be able to detect and correct errors or election tampering. But without the proper procedures in place, Alabama will be unable to do this,” Schneider said.”

AL had already been notified that the voter rolls had been hacked. To deliberately seek legal action to make it impossible to find out whether that KNOWN HACKING had done any damage is not only unconscionable, it is downright criminal.

Why did the GOPee do this at the last minute? They should be sued for criminal negligence if not worse.

92% of ... A PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.

This was a mid term replacement Senate seat.

It wouldn’t matter if he’d won or not, I’d still not believe that turnout.

It’s not 92% of registered Democrat voters, it’s 92% of the number that actually voted in 2016 (which is a lot less than the total registered voters). At least I think that’s what they’ve been saying.

You are correct.
