I’m going to vote straight democrat.

Oh, right. THAT'S the answer. Stop President Trump's economy including increased job numbers, credibility among the manufacturers, and the first positive moves in America in 10 years.

Sometimes, I think some conservatives reason with the other end of their anatomy.

No, but if they’re going to make up allegations out of thin air, I’d expect the candidate not to give a wish-washy half-assed denial to a friendly interviewer which will be perceived as an admission of guilt, as it was with Moore.

FEAR?

Hardly.

The Republican establishment would be more than happy to slither back into another 40 years of obscurity.

They certainly have proved in both the House and Senate that they cannot lead as a majority. Then, they also get the White House and spend their ‘leadership’ attacking the Republican president.

However, if the Dems to win the House in 2018, they will likely do what the Republican establishment would approve of — issuing Articles of Impeachment. [It is doubtful that the Senate would have enough votes to remove the President, but the Republican establishment only needs to Articles to nullify the President.]

The Republican establishment only wins by losing, thus again proving that ole adage: Republican pull defeat out of the jaws of victory.

You think Ryan is worried? What, he won his last primary by like 60 percent? That’s all he cares about.

Depends on the goal of the person saying it.

It wouldn’t have mattered what sort of denial was issued.

The important thing is the charges themselves.

I’m sure if we accused you publically of something like that and stuck a mike in your face we could accuse you of wishywashy too.

How many statewide campaigns had Moore run previously without even a hint of such charges?

And the day AFTER the ballots were printed?

Not a coincidence.

GOPe did this to take down Bannon and Trump.

Just you wait. It will be open season on any candidate NOT approved by the uniparty.

“...if there is a significant voter backlash against President Trump.”

It’s not backlash against Trump.

Mitch & the Beltway Boys are OK with losing. For them it’s better to be the minority party than the party of MAGA.

Will they be OK being replaced by democrats ?

Did you not see how they just worked for a Dem to be elected in ALA?

No, they think Pence will be malleable and easily dominated by the Democrat majorities. They know Trump will fight.

Get out the vote.

If the dems can do it in Alabama, then GOP can do the same for every election.

Listen to his interview with Hannity. It’s horrible. Those are NOT the answers given by someone wrongly accused.

The MSM doesn’t just go after every low level Republican. When they’re running for national office - particularly the Senate, they get a special look.

I’ve said over and over that they timed the release so that Moore couldn’t be removed from the ballot and that they did the same thing with the Access Hollywood tape with Trump (that backfired on them). That is very much clear. They timed it for maximum benefit to the Democrats. They always do. That still doesn’t change what Moore did.

As I recall, people in WI gave Ryan more than 80 percent in the 2016 primary against Paul Nehlen.

.

EXACTLY it’s what they want. this article is stupid af. If it weren’t for the likes of McConnell and the RNC and Shelby turning hard on Moore and pulling money, he would have won. The establishment Republicans do not fear losing in 2018..the WELCOME it. They intentionally gave the seat to the Dem last night. FLake even publicly donated to Jones.
A EFFING REPUBLICAN GAVE TO THE LEFTIST DEM TO BE THE CONSERVATIVE.

Let that sink in.

How could Republicans not lose when the establishment and many of its donors are hostile to the agenda of its base and undermines candidates that base selects to implement its agenda?

Roy Moore's loss was solely the result of sabotage just like Chris McDaniel's loss in the Mississippi was four years ago.
