Alabama votes on Tuesday in a special election to fill the Senate seat vacated by Jeff Sessions, now the attorney general. The last polls close at 8 p.m. Eastern. Strong support for Roy S. Moore, the Republican, is expected in rural, mostly white parts of the state and in its northern half. The Democrat, Doug Jones, aims to create a lead in the urban counties that include Birmingham and Montgomery, and across a band of largely black counties.
One critical battleground is a trio of smaller, whiter cities: Mobile, Tuscaloosa and Huntsville. Mr. Moore won a hard race in 2012 by keeping things close there. Mr. Jones hopes to win the cities by a convincing margin.

About 150,000 votes have been counted already. Mr. Moore leads in that count by 1.5 points

They are holding back because they know Moore will win and wanted to give the MSM time to switch stories.
There would be no reason to hold back if Jones was going to run away with it.

Between the ‘RATS and the RINOs, it’s over $50 million. If Roy Moore survives this onslaught (as I expect he will) it will send a major “F you” to America’s ruling elite.
The NYT only has Moore up by 1%??? What happened???!!

The worst I saw on Election Night was the Canadian Broadcasting coverage. David Frum, one of Bush’s speechwriters that strongly advocated the Iraq war, was so angry I thought he would split. CBC also had a black woman commentator who spat our her hatred of Trump supporters, especially as the night wore on.
Jefferson County does not look good for Roy Moore. Anyone know anything about Jefferson county?
