It's Aztec. Mel Gibson's Apocalypto is a very accurate portrayal of what the Aztecs were up to.
Some of the imports sneaking over the border still speak Nahuatl and not spanish- that's the old Aztec tongue. And that's not the only quaint Aztec custom they keep alive.
Silver Spring used to be such a nice place. Now that whole area along Veirs Mill Road down University into PG County is a hell-hole.

Thanks! Before I posted this I did some research on Silver Spring Park and finally found that Silver Spring is a community in Montgomery County which wasn’t made clear in the article.

I’m not likely to forget the name of Silver Spring Park.. Let’s see how many of the same FReepers jump on this and still think it’s fine that these parents let their children walk the city streets without an adult. Not likely to forget the vehemence of those here who thought the police were way off base! This produced quite a thread a few years back and we were just a few lone voices who said the parents were absolutely nuts. When it was pointed out that these kids weren’t walking solely in residential neighborhoods but in business districts with intersections and videos to prove it, they still wouldn’t admit perhaps it was going too far! Who here would want their kids to roam where MS 13 gangs hang out? Free Range Parents? I don’t think so - just about as kooky as kooky can get!

Yep, I neglected to say it’s an unincorporated community.
I grew up in Silver Spring and had an apartment there not long ago. I have a lot of fond memories of Silver Spring. I hate to see what’s becoming of it.
