Yes, but the goal will never be reached as long as McConnell continues to intentionally drag out the confirmation process as long as he can.

‘The goal is to end the progressive state’
Good.
America was founded on the principle of Liberty.
Not Nanny-Government.

And we will need a Senate majority to reach this goal. The majority controls the Judiciary Committee. A Dem majority will not let a Trump candidate out for a floor vote.
Keep in mind that Collins, McCain and Flake have all voted for Trump’s judges. Even tho they are RINOs, they count towards a majority just as much as true conservatives do. Reforming the Judicial Branch is the single most important domestic policy.

The name of the group - Center for Constitutional Rights, is an oxymoron of a name, given that it is not fidelity to the Constitution that their agenda embraces. Their agenda embraces a “living” Constitutional written from whole cloth in the minds of a Progressive-Activist judiciary trying to rewrite the Constitution by judicial writ, from the bench.

Given President Trump's US Supreme Court pick, Neil Gorsuch I think that one by itself went a long way to stopping the progressives using the courts to get what they want because the cannot win at the ballot box.
From what has been published about President Trump's judicial picks I have to say they're good picks, the President clearly thought through who he wanted, I'd imagine he sought out some very good advice to boot and he's executing his plan here.
I'm liking what he's doing to the courts.
