“Why do judges have all this power to over turn the President’s authority?”

They don’t. They only have the power if the executive and congress cede it to them. These POS need to be rounded up and charged with sedition.

They don't.

Only the Supreme Court is co-equal with the President. All the lower courts were created by Congress.

“Why do judges have all this power to over turn the President’s authority?”
___

Answer: They don’t. At least not constitutionally. The Judicial Branch can issue rulings until they turn blue in the face but they have no ability to enforce them. Enforcement is the purview of the Executive Branch. If the Executive Branch decides that a court ruling is illegal or unconstitutional then it can and should ignore the ruling. If the Legislative Branch doesn’t agree with the decisions of either of the other two branches then it can pass clarifying legislation. Of course, if the Executive Branch honors bad Judicial rulings then they’ve effectively surrendered their power to the courts. That’s what happens far too often.

Where is the President’s authority when the Secretary of State is telling the sheeple to honor “Transgender Remembrance Day”?

“Why do judges have all this power to over turn the President’s authority?”

Because Congress permits it. Read Article III, Section II of the Constitution. Second paragraph, second sentence: “In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.”

Congress can reign in the federal courts tomorrow, assuming it wishes to.

Another example of congressional dysfunction. There is a mechanism for impeaching judges! USE IT YOU WORTHLESS BASTARDS! There should be a standing committee set up for summary impeachment of these wretched democrat judges as soon as they overstep their authority.
