NEW YORK (AP) — PBS says it is immediately halting distribution of Charlie Rose's interview program and CBS News suspended him following The Washington Post's report of eight women who accused the veteran newsman of multiple unwanted sexual advances and inappropriate behavior.
The women, three of whom spoke on the record in the deeply-reported story, accused Rose of groping them, walking naked in front of them and relating an erotic dream.
Rose told the Post that he was "deeply embarrassed" and apologized for his behavior.
Rose's PBS show features his in-depth interviews with newsmakers....

Must be. But the taint will stay with them. They provided cover for these guys.
My theory is the left will use their own indiscretions to set the bar higher for right wing personalities (mainly politicians). The left never lets a good sin go to waste in the pursuit of political power.

Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. Lots of performers have recently found Scientology, Kaballah-lite, and have long worshipped Mamon. Why, I bet there are even a few Festivus observers. They just keep away from anything that gets into personal behavior issues and morality.
If they think they are trying to set up an example for the fraudsters against Roy Moore, they can forgeddaboutit.
But, I think this shows they will try. They see the Franken example won’t cut it for various reasons. So, they are trying again, this time with something milder, without evidence, and then get the guy out.
Not gonna work, when the allegations being thrown at Moore are deliberate fabrications.
Ya. But just because the make good now, doesn’t mean that the can claim the high ground later. They covered for these predators.... including and especially Bill Clinton.
