Birmingham, ALABAMA — An attorney for senatorial candidate Roy Moore has given lawyer and activist Gloria Allred forty-eight hours to release to the custody of an independent examiner the original copy of a yearbook that contains the only piece of physical evidence to be presented in the cases of numerous women who have gone public with stories alleging inappropriate conduct between Moore and teenage girls.
The letter to Allred was dated yesterday and obtained by Breitbart News. Attorney Trenton R. Garmon, who represents Moore and his wife, Kayla, further requested that Allred take steps to ensure the “immediate and professional preservation of the yearbook.”
The letter demanded that Allred and her client, accuser Beverly Young Nelson, issue a “full and fair public retraction” of all “false statements” concerning Moore.

I don’t really listen to radio news any more but on my commute last night I was switching from USB to bluetooth and caught them saying that Moore is now down 12 points in the polls.
That contradicts what I’m reading here. I think there is an outlier or something that has him down, but most have him up. Or am I mistaken?
I presume it’s just a fake poll - you know, like the one that gave Hillary a 92% chance of winning a year ago. They attempt to shape public opinion like that.
Would there be a charge for destruction of evidence?
Allred won't give up the goods, because she KNOWS it's an obvious forgery. She NOW knows that D.A. in the signature stands for the initials of Moore's assistant back in the day, Delbra Adams, and NOT "District Attorney" as Allred and the false witness said in their press conference. The forger obviously copied the Judge's signature (including D.A.) from a stamping on a legal document, probably the false witness's divorce papers, from a case in which Moore was judge. The assistant's initials after a stamped signature is common practice in legal circles.
This is ALL an obvious fraud, and the Uniparty knows it.

Outlier poll, of less than 700 people, probably in the Huntsville area (heavy Democrat), which was heavily weighted Democrat in contrast to actual population of Alabama. Poll is just as big a fraud as the signature in the yearbook with "D.A." after it.

This is so obviously a full-bore smear campaign to influence the election. Hopefully, Alabamians see right through it.

How many times has Gloria The Ambulance Chaser been sued for defamation? I can’t believe this woman still practices law, but then again none of us should be. She’s protected by powerful entities in the national and California Democrat parties. She’s their go to lawyer to get the ball rolling on sexual misconduct allegations!
Why isn’t Allred in jail yet? Americans are sick of her slithering out from under her rock with her stable of professional “victims” and gold diggers every time there is an election coming up.
700 is not small sample if it is reasonable Dem-Rep-Ind makeup.
