Birmingham, ALABAMA — An attorney for senatorial candidate Roy Moore has given lawyer and activist Gloria Allred forty-eight hours to release to the custody of an independent examiner the original copy of a yearbook that contains the only piece of physical evidence to be presented in the cases of numerous women who have gone public with stories alleging inappropriate conduct between Moore and teenage girls.
The letter to Allred was dated yesterday and obtained by Breitbart News. Attorney Trenton R. Garmon, who represents Moore and his wife, Kayla, further requested that Allred take steps to ensure the “immediate and professional preservation of the yearbook.”
The letter demanded that Allred and her client, accuser Beverly Young Nelson, issue a “full and fair public retraction” of all “false statements” concerning Moore.

On another note...I'm betting that the note was written by an aunt, uncle, cousin...close/old family friend who stopped at the Beverly Young house just before Christmas....someone who knew Beverly from when she was a little girl. And she brought out her book. Now that scenario makes sense. The Olde Hickory scenario makes "0" sense.

There was never an actual hearing in the case. All of the initial documents were signed by a different district judge, W. D. Russell. On May 25, 1999, Judge Russell scheduled the first hearing for the case for June 16.
But that hearing never took place. In June, before the scheduled hearing was set to take place, she filed for a motion to “continue” (delay) the hearing because she and her husband “are going to counseling and are attempting to reconcile.”
A month later, she filed a motion to dismiss the case. That is the document Moore signed, and given there was no hearing, there is no reason the divorce action would have required her to enter the courthouse or have contact with Moore.
The allegations against Moore were suppose to be a "sniper's kill shot" to his campaign, forcing him to drop out before too many questions were asked about the accuracy of the allegations. That failed, despite a full court press from the left and right, Moore refused to be pushed out, and now the narrative is falling apart. The Washington Post fired their shot too early, Moore has a month to recover..
I believe the atty at the press conference passed out both a copy of the book writing....and the signature on her court documents.
i find it suspicious the sister will not talk to reporters and allred emphasized that...so did her sister have a part in this besides beverly’s claim she told her sister about it

Maybe it will show up next to those legal papers that Hilary finally located after the statute of limitations has made it safe to present them again.

That’s the thing with the smear tactic...they know it wont fool everyone, but a whole bunch of low info voters will read a headline or two, listen to CNN, and not vote for Moore.
The best Moore can do is fight back by getting in front of the cameras regularly...that’s a response the MSM is not used to seeing from R’s.
He is a judge; he is working with a law firm; I suspect Gloria All RED is going to have her business model seriously disrupted in the near future.
Gloria will get to Moore’s Lawyer after she finishes Photoshopping a picture of Moore grabbing her Clients Boobs.
I hope that, once it is PROVEN to be a forgery/fake/fraud, there will be some repercussions.
It is likely that some leftist D.A. or judge will say there are no charges to be brought, since the forgery did not involve any legal documents, and “no one was harmed”.
Could be her sister’s bank account receiving the bribe money. She is afraid to answer any questions about any of it.
Someone should recognize that printing style. It's very unique. The person could be a draftsman or artist or graphics designer. You need a special hand to do a forgery. (Don't ask me how I know...) :-)
