Birmingham, ALABAMA — An attorney for senatorial candidate Roy Moore has given lawyer and activist Gloria Allred forty-eight hours to release to the custody of an independent examiner the original copy of a yearbook that contains the only piece of physical evidence to be presented in the cases of numerous women who have gone public with stories alleging inappropriate conduct between Moore and teenage girls.
The letter to Allred was dated yesterday and obtained by Breitbart News. Attorney Trenton R. Garmon, who represents Moore and his wife, Kayla, further requested that Allred take steps to ensure the “immediate and professional preservation of the yearbook.”
The letter demanded that Allred and her client, accuser Beverly Young Nelson, issue a “full and fair public retraction” of all “false statements” concerning Moore.

The NSRC submitted those results without any internal information at all. They are just trying to get Moore to give up.
Not just in legal circles but also in any business. Dictated letters are/were sent out with secretary or admin. assistant's initials appended. Did this many times when on the road and letters/memos/minutes etc. had to go out ASAP under snail or express mail.
Someone here pointed out that she did not ask Moore to recuse in her divorce. Tell tale sign she is lying...
Unless she tried to blackmail him for favoritism
Anyway, it seemed just a tad too convenient for all of that information to be in that yearbook. Date, place, title ("DA"). I mean even if you were a powerful person, would you sign a yearbook in such detail? And of course the two colors of ink is just amatuerish.
She knows it’s a scam and will never turn it over.
I think she is being paid to keep these charges against Moore going until he gives up, his voters switch sides or stay home.
Beverley was just Gloria’s stink bomb to throw into the room. Sbe served ber purpose, Gloria moves on, damage done, mission accomplished.
Allred has seen that signature stamp & initials probably 10,000 times or more....and she missed it. She should have caught it.
That's old age catching up with Allred.

The Left’s timing was off. They started this far enough in advance of the election that the right-wing internet has time enough to pick apart the stories and Moore has time to respond and counter-attack.
I like the way he fights back. It’s also why I like Trump.

Anything coming from a “poll” gives reason to question. Personally, I would not stake any credence on a poll.
