'If You Can't Do This Then Get Out': Hannity Gives Roy Moore 24 Hours To Explain 'Inconsistencies'
Fox News ^ | November 14, 2017 | As seen on Hannity

Posted on 11/14/2017 7:38:48 PM PST by conservative98

Sean Hannity said that, in light of inconsistencies in his recollection of sexual misconduct allegations against him, Judge Roy Moore (R-Ala.) should be given 24 hours to fully explain the situations or bow out of his Senate race.

"You know I do not and will never rush to judgment, because we have seen the media and politicians get it wrong so many times," he said.

But, he said that in light of new information from an accuser of Moore's, the public should be troubled by a few things in the case.

Hannity said he had to ask Moore several times about whether he dated teenage girls as a man in his 30s, until the judge answered concisely.

Also, Hannity played tape of Moore saying an accuser who was flanked by attorney Gloria Allred made allegations about him that were "absolutely false," adding that he did not know the woman.

Hannity said a subsequent report showing the woman's old yearbook containing a note and signature from Moore appeared to corroborate the woman's allegation.

"For me, the judge has 24 hours. You must immediately and fully come up with a satisfactory explanation for your inconsistencies that I just showed," Hannity said.

"The American people deserve 100 percent truth and honesty."

He said Moore owes Alabamians and all Americans a full cogent explanation of the circumstances.

Moore currently faces Democrat Doug Jones in the December special election to replace now-Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Watch more above.

Yeah, the yearbook entry deserves a response.

Question: who signs high school yearbooks in December when they come out in the spring, and who uses two different types of written 7s in the same salutation? Who also, when his official title in 1977 was Deputy District Attorney, adds an incorrect D.A. to such a salutation at all. . . and the correct form, which Roy Moore signed every day on official forms in that period was "D.D.A." Why would he suddenly in a high school yearbook give himself an unearned elective promotion to an office he never occupied, but which later LIBERALS always attribute to him? Hmmmmm?

I’m not a fan of Moore and wasn’t even before these allegations. The best part about all this is that we see what McConnell will do to get his choices elected to senate seats — and what he will do when the people finally choose differently.

Denigrating Hannity, Bannon, Limbaugh and others because they have even the slightest of different opinions about Moore from yours is not helpful.

it was a very personal note to her. Is it a forgery? Or was it actually written to someone else and she is presenting as her own?

A Christmas greeting, especially one that adds the date "Christmas 1977" is about as personal as a greeting card, even one saying "sweet and beautiful" in that era. A personal note is usually not signed with one’s full name and business title, as this one was, as though to remind the addressee who the writer is. It indicates a relative stranger or new acquaintance who is being polite to a young impressionable girl who asked an important person to sign her yearbook she had with her. He added the title to impress her friends. Irrespective of whether it’s a forgery, and a good deal about it points in that direction, it does NOT indicate any personal relationship but the contrary. It’s impersonal!

It reads almost the way an author might sign his works at Christmas for fans.

Hannity is following orders.

Hannity has said multiple times he's not told what to say.

Hannity says he never buckles under pressure or says anything he doesn’t believe.

Hannity has never shown himself to be very bright.

Explains his primary support for Trump doesn't it.

Exactly. Hannity is giving Moore what he needs to get out of this. At the end of the day Moore lawyered up with himself and failed to deliver a convincing rebuttal to these attacks.

Oh and there will be another volley of attacks before the weekend.

“Hannity, you’re full of yourself. You don’t lead the parade.”

I don’t agree with Sean on this Moore ultimatum issue, but in all honesty, he HAS pretty much led the parade to support Trump and take down the evildoers.

Interesting that her yearbook was signed on December 22. Those things usually come out in the spring.

It just seems odd to me that she would have a yearbook with her at that time of year. Of course, it might have been a Roy Moore ask.

So, needless to say, I want to get to the bottom of this. Then people should vote for Moore anyway. The way I see it, Moore will likely either not be seated, or he will be expelled. Then the AL governor can be pressured to appoint a conservative to the Senate, such as Mo Brooks. In fact, such a pressure campaign should be started right away.

Roy Moore probably mauled some teenage girls, but Communism killed millions. Thus, it is extremely important to keep Doug Jones from getting that seat.

It’s hard to know the truth in a he-said/she-said scenario.

But like many, I have to question the women, not necessarily because it’s been so long, but because Roy Moore has been in the news for years now, and nothing like this has ever been claimed as far as I recall.

So it would be a good thing for every angle/possibility to be considered.

My high school was very small, less than 200 students, because the community was small (at the time). The yearbook staff was mostly made up of the children of local business owners and officials, and they were responsible for getting sponsors - which included a range of local businesses and county offices.

The sponsor received an ad that was placed in the back of the yearbook, and many times, the students would have ‘well-wishes’ from the people in these local businesses and offices - and it wasn’t looked upon as weird - and many of the sponsors were family friends of the yearbook staff.

So, is is possible that there were sponsors for this yearbook, and if so, was Roy Moore a donor to the annual funding, or was his office? Did Roy Moore sign any other yearbooks, or just this one woman’s? Does this one woman have any other older men or women sign her yearbook? Did any other students have signatures from older men/women in the community?

The ‘pubs would rather be the leghumping “opposition” to the marx-o-crats. It’s easier to raise money for their perks and not doing any real work. Watch them whine when they lose the senate next year and many seats in the House.

Notice that the president was cordial to Moore but never enthused.

The Moore campaign needs to get the men who say they were falsely accused by the first woman and have them tell their stories on camera.
