Several NFL stadiums are nearly empty post kick-off as the National Anthem controversy rolls into week 7.

I know for a fact it was packed as I was in attendance (legacy season ticket holders).
What wasnt announced was the Steelers fans purchased hundreds of tickets, or were given them because there was a huge crowd of them throughout the stadium.
Of course, the Steelers probably have lots of fans in the KC area but Id never seen so many attending before.
Naturally, we were treated to the sight of scores of Steelers taking a knee, walking around talking to others or just sitting on their bench hanging their heads!
KC crowd booed and booed but cameras and audio turned off for TV viewers since the League has decided showing the patriotic anthem too divisive!
Like you were there
That’s not that big a collapse sadly
7 percent
It’ll hurt but it ain’t monumental
What’s bigger is attendance the past three years is down as is viewership
Most of America doesn’t care as much as we do
The owners are not in full panic yet
If they lose a third it’d be full panic but we’re a long was from that
That’s all right. GOOD JOB POSTING.
Love to read stuff like this.
Die, NFL. Die.
Good riddance.
WOW
oh, it doesn’t bother me, really.
I just wanted him/ her to be ready for the hard core “search?” police.
Hey NFL,
For 60 years I have dutifully sat in front of a tv on Sundays and Monday nights.
You disrespect my country, my flag. I refuse to watch your product any more.
simple deal. My country means a hell of a lot more to me than your silly little game.
So the NFL, their owners and players can ALL kiss my ass.
The NFL is dead... They just don’t know it yet.
Official attendance for the 49er-Cowboys on Sunday was 72,000 and change. I can guarantee you there were not that number in the stands.
I’d like to think that these pictures are reflective of fan backlash, but I need to see some images further into the games. These all seem to be kickoff photos. Most stadiums are a little light at kickoff due to lines, security, traffic, etc. They fatten up later into the game.
This is sort of the Trump inauguration photo thing I think. Let’s see photos at the end of the first quarter.
How was the Crowd at Green bay on Sunday
My seats for the Steelers game had about 50 high school kids that the team gave they tickets to that day. The School got them for free. The Chief’s evidently did that with about 30 high schools to get fans in the seats for the Monday night game.
I am in section 124 and have been for about 15 years.
Tired of the drunk fans in the parking lot and stands.
Our seats are in the middle club level and no kids other than the usual with their families, but I did see a few more fans who appeared to have gotten their tickets from some company held tickets and even from some of the players (if you get my drift, just not the usual club owners.)
GO CHIEFS!
Sold out crowd (again) at Arrowhead. A decent crowd in Oakland too considering the Raiders have a foot out the door.
By the time the owners panic it will too late—millions of fans will be lost for a decade at least.
Yep! they have ruined the game and the pre-game boozing, getting to Arrowhead and getting out makes it difficult to even keep buying tickets.
We have for years as our customers want the free tickets. Most tickets today are corporate gifts to customers.
