Chaffetz on Judge Jeanie Pirro with followup by Mark Steyn
First, one need not look much further than the current state of affairs, even under new Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
Second, Sessions has shirked his responsibility to take control of his own Department, overwhelmingly staffed by pro-Obama and pro-Clinton lawyers, 97 percent of which either voted for or donated to the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.
Third, Sessions, testifying before Congress just last Wednesday that wholesale spying on millions of Americans under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act is peachy keen
Fourth, Sessions, despite promising me that he would neutrally review the Obama DOJ commenced political prosecution of Cliven Bundy, whose family was beaten up and his cattle killed by the then-Sen. Harry Reid-run goons of the Bureau of Land Management over alleged failure to pay grazing fees, again took an exit stage left,
Fifth, it is likely that the FBI is engaged in a cover-up of the mass shooting in Las Vegas, as inexplicably little to no information on the murderers motives has been forthcoming.
Sixth, while commencing an investigation of white supremacists, he has shied way from genuinely going after violent black radicals again, because he is afraid to be called racist.
I thank God for Klayman.
I started my professional career in telecom 2 weeks after the break up and “Ma Bell doesn’t live here anymore”.
I knew Sessions was bad but I never dreamed he was this bad. Klayman has described a disaster of epic proportions. Sessions is an unmitigated catastrophe.
No more examples needed. Sessions is a gutless worm.
Maybe there are gay bath house pics he doesnt want published.

Sessions’ apologists, in dwinling number, will come here arguing he’s in 3D chess, etc.
We just aren't as equal. Get used to it.
I said ages ago Sessions would not go after ANY political enemies and would go far beyond that which is required in order to appear impartial and nice etc etc. Sessions was not a good choice for AG. However Trump picked him and Trump leaves him in that job so he is Trump’s mistake.
I find it very, very difficult to believe that Sessions is this much of a dud. Everyone had glowing reports when he was appointed - brave, man of law, not afraid to go against the flow, etc. I am as anxious as anyone to see something done to these criminals, but something in me says Sessions is NOT going to disappoint. He’s working on things and everything, including timing, as to be spot on. I sure hope so - otherwise he’s the biggest let down of all.
I wholeheartedly agree with Larry Klayman on this point. These FISA searches are not supported by legitimate warrants—which must be backed by probable cause—and are therefore patently illegal, constituting a straightforward and unambiguous violation of the Fourth Amendment.
People can say what they want about the other 5 points Mr, Klayman raises, but this routine disregard for the Bill of Rights one is hard to rationalize, IMHO.
Indeed, it appears that FISA warrants may have been one of the chief weapons used by the Hillary Clinton campaign—under the flimsy auspices of the authority of the sitting President, Barack H. Obama—to unethically and illegally gather intelligence on Donald J. Trump's campaign team in an effort to sabotage his candidacy.
If true, such political crimes exceed— by several orders of magnitude—those alleged to have been committed by President Richard H. Nixon while in office...
As for Mr. Klayman's Fifth assertion—that the FBI is engaged in a cover-up of the mass shooting in Las Vegas—do you have an opinion on this, LS? I know you've expressed some reservations regarding the (federal and state) investigations of this mass shooting.
You've been a staunch defender of our AG, and I tend to respect your opinion in such matters. I'm positive that both he and the President are privy to much more information that the average Freeper such as myself are, and therefore I try to refrain from making too many knee-jerk pronouncements about the President's cabinet appointments. If Sessions is still there, there has to be a reason...
My sentiments exactly. Sessions was a terrible choice for AG. Sounds like it should have been Larry Klayman.
