6 examples of Jeff Sessions' cowardice
WND ^ | 10/20/2017 | Larry Klayman

Exclusive: Larry Klayman flays Trump's AG for allowing corruption to continue at DOJ!

As I chronicle in my autobiography, “Whores: Why and How I Came To Fight the Establishment!” I was once a proud trial lawyer in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Indeed, as a young 27-year-old attorney in the Reagan DOJ, I was on the trial team that eventually broke up the AT&T monopoly, creating needed and innovative competition in the telecommunications industry. During my time at Justice, I worked closely with special agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the investigative arm of the Department. I found them to be generally straightforward and honest people. However, as I discussed in my latest column and in my book, I did find that politics and the so-called “right” connections frequently perverted other cases at my alma mater. That ultimately is why, in large part, I conceived of and founded Judicial Watch on July 29, 1994, to be the People’s Justice Department, untainted by the ever-growing reptilian swamp in the nation’s capital and specifically its government law enforcement and legal communities.

Today, 23 years after I started Judicial Watch, and 13 years after I also founded Freedom Watch – which now does the heavy legal lifting I used to do at Judicial Watch – the politicized state of DOJ and the FBI has grown to cancerous proportions, underscoring the need for a Freedom Watch. Let me give you a rundown of just how corrupted the DOJ and its FBI have become.

First, one need not look much further than the current state of affairs, even under new Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Running scared that the AG himself ..

First, one need not look much further than the current state of affairs, even under new Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Second, Sessions has shirked his responsibility to take control of his own Department, overwhelmingly staffed by pro-Obama and pro-Clinton lawyers, 97 percent of which either voted for or donated to the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.

Third, Sessions, testifying before Congress just last Wednesday that wholesale spying on millions of Americans under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act is “peachy keen”

Fourth, Sessions, despite promising me that he would neutrally review the Obama DOJ commenced political prosecution of Cliven Bundy, whose family was beaten up and his cattle killed by the then-Sen. Harry Reid-run goons of the Bureau of Land Management over alleged failure to pay grazing fees, again took an exit stage left,

Fifth, it is likely that the FBI is engaged in a cover-up of the mass shooting in Las Vegas, as inexplicably little to no information on the murderer’s motives has been forthcoming.

Sixth, while commencing an investigation of white supremacists, he has shied way from genuinely going after violent black radicals – again, because he is afraid to be called racist.

I thank God for Klayman.

I started my professional career in telecom 2 weeks after the break up and “Ma Bell doesn’t live here anymore”.

I knew Sessions was bad but I never dreamed he was this bad. Klayman has described a disaster of epic proportions. Sessions is an unmitigated catastrophe.

Rational, legitimate, excuses for Sessions’ behavior are rapidly dwindling to nothing.

Letting Lerner skate and bird-flipping the Uranium One informant unhappily sealed it for me. 100% disappointment and chagrin and now near rage with his performance.

No more examples needed. Sessions is a gutless worm.

And some are still waiting for him to “come through”.

It reminds me of years of waiting for Kenneth Starr to indict HRC. “It’s right around the corner!!!” Yeah, right. Good thing we weren’t holding our breath.

Those are two devastating examples to add to Klayman’s list. I’m so frustrated with Sessions I’m at my wits end. What is the matter with him??? Does he not fathom that history will eviscerate him? He had a good reputation as a senator. In under a year he’s completely shredded it. What will it take to get him out??? Granted, the swamp has his back. But at some point it will have to be damn the torpedoes time.

I said ages ago Sessions would not go after ANY political enemies and would go far beyond that which is required in order to appear impartial and nice etc etc. Sessions was not a good choice for AG. However Trump picked him and Trump leaves him in that job so he is Trump’s mistake.

Sessions comes across as timid. Trump needs to replace him with Rudy Giuliani ... that would make Hillary Clinton, Holder, Lynch and other bad actors from the Obama era quake in their boots.

If it’s true that each POTUS gets a pre-signed, undated resignation letter from each of his cabinet members in case things go Mexican Standoff, then we might be down to the Senate calling CINC’s bluff.

With W uncloaking as a Coupist, I think CWII is months away, if not weeks.

“Session comes across as timid....”
*********************************
He does indeed. He doesn’t have the “The undersigned assumes command” approach to come in and straighten out a troubled organization. The DOJ is running wild out-of-control — it needs someone to TAKE COMMAND!
