Like they’d need to be monitored for having taped mouths. Highly doubt that.
If she had good reason, then more power to her. Our kids and society aren’t getting better by refusing to take any action on unruly kids.

I can’t find any info on WHY this happened, WHO did it..
My shop teacher had a big wooden paddle. He had to maintain order because someone might get hurt. Lots of heavy machinery.
