I was talking to a pretty smart mom the other day. She was about to end a friendship that her daughter (13) has had for 3 or 4 years through their homeschooling group. The other child, a girl, has not been careful, has 3 or 4 different Instagram accounts, and met someone on YouTube ?. This friend shared a picture of this first child on Instagram, and was getting comments like “you’re hot” etc., on this 13 y.o.’s picture. She looked up some of the commenters and they don’t even have a profile, just names.

Partly because of these types of revelations which illustrate too vividly the results of abandoning the values of western culture, I think that people will soon begin turning back to those stabilizing Judeo-Christian values.
When I was a kid, there was an older man in our neighborhood who loved kids supposedly because he didn’t have any. We would all go sit with him on the front porch and his wife would bring us cookies. It was so weird.
Post Christian America. It will only get worse from here.
Maybe he was ok. My dad loved kids and always went up to talk to them but in the last decade or so moms would quickly jump between them to protect their child from the potential perv. He understood (until he got Alzheimer’s but at that point he was not approaching anyone) but was sad that a nice grandpa could no longer joke with strange kids.
