The German Manifesto on Anti-Americanism
American Thinker ^ | 10/14/17 | Peter Skurkiss

Posted on 10/14/2017 5:38:42 AM PDT by markomalley

Is reality starting to dawn on the Germany foreign policy elite?

In a manifesto published in Die Zeit entitled "In Spite of it All, America," these foreign policy experts warn the German political class of the country's growing anti-Americanism. They write something that should be obvious even to the most doltish in Deutschland, namely, Germany is 'strategically' dependent on the U.S. and that the U.S. remains an "indispensable partner for both Germany and Europe and keeps Germany embedded in the West."

Here's an interesting passage.

If the ties to the United States are cut, with them goes the reassurance that other European countries need in order to accept a strong Germany in the center of the continent. the more leadership that Germany can and should take on, the closer the coordination must be with the United States.

Well, yes.

But to fully grasp what is being said here, an addendum is needed. The unvarnished fact is that many countries in the European Union fear a strong, unified Germany far more than they do the U.S. or in some cases even Russia. And given the history of the 20th Century, this is quite understandable. This is what Lord Hastings Ismay meant when he said over 70 years ago, the purpose of NATO was "to keep Russia out, America in, and Germany down.”

The problem, as I think we can see clearly now, is that “keeping Germany down” in the long run requires the abolition of Germany, which is not really in the interest of the other European states, either, since Germany will be replaced by an Afro-Islamic state in the heart of Europe.

Once all the Germans were warlike and mean,
But that couldn’t happen again.
We taught them a lesson in 1918
And they’ve hardly bothered us since then.

Our fathers and grand fathers destroyed the Nazi empire only to have Europe overrun by an INVITED Muslim horde. What a waste. Should we have let Hitler keep Europe?

The irony of importing Islamonazis to prove that they’ve broken from their Nazi past is apparently lost on them.

It is more anti-Trumpism than it is anti-Americanism.

Germany and the rest of the world will have to wait and see what post-Trump America looks like

The abolition of Germany does seem extreme. However, perhaps the concept of uniting all the old German states in 1871 was not such a good solution. It was Prussia which was overrunning all the other states, and the final unification with Bavaria made Germany into a ‘super’ European state.

Bavaria remains distinctly ‘non-Prussian’, and has a less stern lifestyle/culture than the Prussian model. For that matter, So does the Rheinland. Allowing Prussia to grow through military strength and treaties was not such a good idea.

The EU behavior, dominated as it is by a German-French axis, is anti-Anglo and that does not rest well with many smaller EU states, as being dominated by Germany & France is a distasteful reminder of European empires past, including the Soviets.

The EU is in fact NOT “containing” Germany, but permitting Germany, in an axis with France, to dominate most of western Europe under the pretense of “soft power”.

You see the “breakaway” most in Eastern Europe because their recent release from the Soviets has left their senses more realistic about empires and groups acting as Emperor in the name of some agenda. A lot of the populace a lot of western Europe has been put to sleep by it’s political elite, convinced to just let them tell everyone what to do, which is to tell every one that they, the elite know best, and if you disagree you are - pick your negative name, like “nationalist”, throwback, denier, even “fascist”.

“It is more anti-Trumpism than it is anti-Americanism. “

There is no difference between the two.

If that happens, it will crumble into a third world cesspool in short order. For examples, look at Detroit, Dearborn, or any place that has been run by these people for very long.

The timeline is delayed based on how many productive people they can keep working and paying in.

Contrast this newspaper article with this statement from the German foreign minister:

“German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel on Thursday said that any move by US President Donald Trump’s administration to withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal would drive a wedge between Europe and the US. “It’s imperative that Europe sticks together on this issue,” Gabriel told Germany’s RND newspaper group. “We also have to tell the Americans that their behavior on the Iran issue will drive us Europeans into a common position with Russia and China against the USA.”

Clearly hitler was a better choice than the horde of mass murdering Muslims. My Uncle was killed on the first day of the North African invasion by the French marines.
