At the 8 second mark, look at the man in the crowd firing on the people. I read he was wearing a security guard uniform. I see no such thing at the 8-second mark in that video, or anywhere else...

I watched that clip of a shooter on the ground. Appears he is definitively drawing his weapon and firing. At what, not so sure.
Can anyone speculate on what is happening here? 8 second mark.
