I watched that clip of a shooter on the ground. Appears he is definitively drawing his weapon and firing. At what, not so sure.

Can anyone speculate on what is happening here? 8 second mark.

For those who can’t see it, it is very brief as the person recording it moves and you can see the puffs coincide with the rat-a-tat-tat..

Look at the top right corner of the bottom left quadrant. It is a short burst of puffs and then the camera quickly moves away from around the 8 second mark.
