If NFL fans refuse to go to games until players stop disrespecting our Flag & Country, you will see change take place fast. Fire or suspend! 6:44 AM - 24 Sep 2017

...NFL attendance and ratings are WAY DOWN. Boring games yes, but many stay away because they love our country. League should back U.S. 7:13 AM - 24 Sep 2017

I don’t see much difference between a Trump Tweet and one of FDR’s fireside chats.

Just a different, modern medium.

I wonder how many people were offended in the 30’s that the President would dare address the American people directly?

We are being preached to about NFL player free speech. How long would it take for the same preachers to shut a white player protesting Black Lies Mater down?

They crap all over us.

You all should live in Cincinnati where the County is driven to financial stress because of a billion dollar stadium we taxpayers built so that a failing NFL team would not find another city to embarrass. It won’t be paid for until our children are dead and the owner won’t let anyone use it even in the off season unless they line his personal pockets with gold.

Every couple of years the County has to forgo police and fire vehicle replacement so that the stadium can have a new video screen - a requirement of the Bengals lease.

I hate those bastards.

TUNE OUT. Go do something else with your Sunday. Hit them where it hurts - the wallet.

And I will take it further. I will make it permanent. Even if the owners clean up this crap. Screw em.

I suspect that many more players are going to be taking a knee/sitting during the National Anthem today. Too bad for them. The NFL has truly sounded its death knell with this garbage. Can’t wait to see them fold (at least in my dreams).

I hope Jerry Jones knows the dirt bike and tractor pull circuit for that billion dollar stadium .

I’m no fan of Jerry Jones, but the NFL refused Cowboy’s request for 30 seconds of silence before game to honor the 5 Dallas LEOs stay were assinated.

No honorably discharged veteran should go to or watch any NFL game, nor should they buy from any that advertise on those games.

President Trump should immediately order that there be no flyovers by US Military aircraft for nfl games.

That's an excellent suggestion .. consider emailing it to the White House !

This is what made Trump in the first place. Telling the truth we all see while the PC crowd stagger to the feinting couch.

Number of NFL players killed on the field since 1922 = 1 (heart attack)

Number of US military personnel killed in the field since 1922 = approx 380,000

The evening posts following today’s NFL games will be most interesting, because IMO a lot of entitled thugs will be giving the clenched fist salute both on & off the field.

Then the real games will begin, if you get my drift.

I am on board with Trump! He is right again. I live in Pittsburgh and love the Steelers and they do not have anyone taking a knee. So what, I am not watching the NFL period! Also make sure if you have cable or dish that your box is not tuned in to a station that broadcasts the NFL. I think the box will show that you are watching even if it your TV is off. I put on like the golf channel or History channel just to be sure.

The NFL and NFLPA made a joint statemnent because they are scared.

The President just gave the green light to go after the NFL and the NBA with the same zeal that took down Target Corporation and Kellogg's when they made their unpopular political stances. This type of boycott could cost the NFL, NBA, corporate sponsors and the leagues' broadcast partners several BILLION dollars per year. Disney CEO Robert Iger must now really fear that ESPN could become a bigger fianancial drag on the Walt Disney Company, a financial issue that the success of their movie and theme park divisions may not be able to erase.
