This is a winner for Trump and more serious than I initially thought when I read it has spread to grade school. Now the athletes are piling on and it has moved to pro baseball players. Let the line of demarcation start here and now.
One idiot talked about suffering discrimination while growing up. Now he is a millionaire player in pro sports. Protesting discrimination and racism is one concept and giving the middle finger to `the entire nation as a means to protest discrimination and racism is an entirely separate concept.
If the NFL thinks it can win this, it is stupid. We all watch football to see games but I refuse to watch it to have their freaky damn little neurotic hang ups crammed down my throat. They can use their millions to work it out on their own time.
People who have season tickets should be able to file a class action lawsuit to get some of their money back. About time class action lawsuits were for the good of people.
The paid singer of the national anthem should delay singing until everyone in the stadium who can stand is standing. Then the NFL would have to decide if they want to play without the anthem or force the players to stand.

Vote with your pocketbook (no tickets, no purchase of sponsor’s products, etc); there are better recipients of that money...
Sadly there’s a lot of rabid fans that will Rah Rah no matter what.
And a whole of season ticket holders that have thousands invested in going to the games.
They’ll go hell or high water.
I have a patriotic Bil, a rabid Steelers fan. Bet he will be glued to the TV set today.
