Well it looks like there is other law concerning the addressing of riots and it would be well to research that first. Lest, leaning on this clause alone, a body find himself guilty of unjustified homicide because other aspects of “lawfully” were not met.

If there is external funding for this ( which there is) then check out the definition of “ RICO” laws
Once antifa as an organization is defined as a mob that commits crimjnal acts, then bust their financiers
If only we had an Attorney General with balls and a real FBI and DOJ

Uh huh. I recently upgraded my Idaho CCW to the Enhanced version. In the course of the day-long class, we got a refresher on the use of lethal force in self-defense. Idaho law is quite clear on this matter. Defense against assault by these AntiFa types is entirely legitimate.

In other words, if I were with my wife (who is mildly disabled and unable to move quickly), and we were in imminent danger of physical harm from an AntiFa gang, I would be entirely justified in putting them down if they ignored repeated commands to stop.
