The world wept when Hebdo was murdered for exercising his freedom of speech.

Now, once again, Hebdo et al exercised his free speech, misguided I admit, but now exposing once again, how the French feel about America.

We will remember.

Wait til the death lists start coming in and they are all “Pedro” and “Shaniqua”.

They won't be.

And if they were, why would that matter?

France got the way they are now by being for centuries the most interventionist and militant nation on earth. For many, many years, the French army was the envy and terror of Europe. But in 1940, the centuries of war, depletion of the National treasury and depletion of the national birthrate caught up with France. The irony is that often the same people who belittle the French for their recent military record and loss of national prestige are the same ones most vocal for the neocon aggressive policies that one day will ruin America like they have ruined France.

Interesting, when I’ve watched the coverage of the storm, most of the people I see are blacks, and Mexicans being helped mostly by white people.

Congrats to Charlie Hebdo for the stupidest column ever written. Houston’s demographic breakdown is 6% Asian, 44% Hispanic, 24% Black and 26% Caucasian.

You better hope that the next time someone takes a shot at you that you can handle defending yourself . . . assuming of course if you know what end of the gun or knife to use . . .

More evidence Europe is drowning in a flood of unprecedented stupidity.

Neocon, eh? You own purchased futures in French wine, maybe?

I remember the French getting their butts kicked by the many ‘third world’ countries where they had national interests, such as Africa and Indo-China. All those years since Napoleon, the French have not had a tremendous success record.

The ones that cry out ‘neocon’ still haven’t washed their noses, now that Obama is not in office, anymore.

I’m just saying that for a long, long time France was the terror of Europe, the most feared and efficent army around, the nation that threatened to conquer the whole continent. Even in World War I, they endured an ordeal that few nations could have survived. But arrogance and hubris finally destroyed them like one day it will destroy us if we continue to be led by those who want to bleed us into national greatness.

Yes, watch us drag them through the courts to stifle their free speech, fire bomb their building, lop their heads off... Oh, wait. Maybe not.

That’s a perfect analogy. And the response by some is to stop standing up to the injustice, and to gloat over the betrayal of their betters who continue to stand firm.

Throw in Yellowstone Park and you have exactly described Europeans’ knowledge of the USA. Or just get a thimble.

I was never je suis Charlie. I think they will get what they deserve.

“It is through these tax breaks that the Qataris are buying the “jewels” of France. The U.S. is not selling its defense companies to Qatar.

Thanks to its huge gas and oil reserves, Qatar has the highest per capita income in the world and huge reserves of cash to invest everywhere, whereas France, thanks to 40 years of socialism, is in dire need of cash.”

Once someone uses the term “neocon” I lose interest.

I doubt it. The “Je Suis Charlie” crowd is mostly liberals. I’m sure they’re delighted, and of course, everyone has learned an important lesson: picking on Muslims will get you killed, but calling Texans Neo-Nazis will make the liberals’ darling.
