I think when we stand back and really view the whole landscape...various elements of left, and alt-right...were engaged and paid in some fashion to come to Charlottseville. I don’t think any of them really understood the deal, the strategy of the people above them, or the intended outcome of the Charlottseville.

When I first saw the video, I thought it odd that he wasn't driving very fast if his intent was to really kill people. I think his car came under attack prior to the video and he was trying to get out of the danger zone but came to the intersection filled with people who didn't get out of the way. Knowing they were Antifa rioters, he backed up trying to escape, probably figuring they would beat him to death if he got out of the car.....

That image looks to be the Black Panther Marvel character about whom there’s a recent Netflix series. It’s not the traditional political activist Black Panther logo.

Now, did he wear it to signify he’s a comic book fan, or a political group New Black Panther fan? The latter seems more likely!

If you can find the actual footage...when the kid plows up through the group (you can count for about three seconds), and there are three-to-four guys running up to the rear of the car...with bats and whacking away on the vehicle. One of the guys, I think, had a hammer in his hand. So they get about three seconds of whack, and then you see this girl running from the rear (coming from where the black pick-up was behind the car), and appearing to be preparing to jump on the rear.

At this point, reverse lights appear on, and the kid is reversing, and she is caught on the rear and being carried to some degree and tossed back against the black truck (wedged between the car and truck is probably happening).

Because of the actions of those three or four guys (with bats or hammers), and it’s clear in the video....I think a jury would watch this and say that the kid felt he was in danger. The actions of the girl....as naive as she might have been thinking...simply didn’t make sense jumping onto the rear of the car. She did much of this herself by putting herself in danger.

Jury-wise, he can be convicted of reckless driving. Manslaughter? I doubt it....because of the three bats being used and the naive nature of the girl.
