White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci said on Tuesday that he believes President Donald Trump wants Attorney General Jeff Sessions out of office.

Scaramucci made the comments while on conservative commentator Hugh Hewitt's radio show, Axios reports.

Asked by Hewitt if it appears clear that Trump wants Sessions out, Scaramucci said, "You're probably right."

Especially when you need the Senate for confirmation of appointments. There’s a point where one’s enemies start talking and the longer they talk the more likely they are to start coordinating. Trump’s advantage is that the Senate is composed of 100 egomaniacs, coordination will be difficult. But not impossible.

Removing Sessions would not be Trump’s best move, especially if he replaces him with Giuliani. While that would undoubtedly make Trump more comfortable, there’s an awful lot of New York showing up. As long as the productivity level increases, he’ll be all right, but people who do government for a living are incapable of making a living via market-based activities. The only way they can make it is to insert themselves into other people’s lives and demand a cut. Back them into a corner and they go passive-aggressive on you, and you will at least have to divert time and resources to deal with them.

Try a pair of clippers and zircon encrusted tweezers.

That should “out” the poodle.

Here's a exact quote from President Trump's interview with the New York Times last week (he's discussing Sessions' decision to recuse himself) ...

"It's extremely unfair, and that’s a mild word, to the president. So he recuses himself. I then end up with a second man [Rosenstein], who’s a deputy. Who is he? And Jeff hardly knew. He’s from Baltimore."

That statement is either deliberately misleading or is totally incoherent in light of the following:

1. President Donald Trump nominated Rod Rosenstein to serve as Deputy Attorney General in January. Up to that point, he was serving as the U.S. Attorney for the Maryland District -- a post he held since his appointment by George W. Bush in 2007.

2. Rosenstein was eventually confirmed for this post in late April.

3. While this was all going on (from January to April), Rosenstein remained in his U.S. Attorney post in Maryland and was included in the group of 46 U.S. Attorneys whose resignations Jeff Sessions demanded in early March. President Trump refused to accept his resignation.

Does anyone here really think President Trump doesn't know who Rod Rosenstein was? LMAO.

In light of these comments that are clearly idiotic, I'd say President Trump is deliberately masking what is really going on here in terms of AG Sessions.

Conclusion: I think President Trump and AG Sessions may be playing an extremely deep game here. This could all be strategery.

It's the only reason that explains why Sessions hasn't resigned.

My gut tells me the same thing, ClearCase_guy. Trump is a strategic player who fools his enemies into thinking that he’s wounded and flailing, only to run headlong into his traps. And they never learn. Time will tell if that’s the case here.

Yep. He offers to resign, to recuse himself... doesn’t seem to offer to fight though.

I heard a rumor that something big is coming on Thursday. I hope it turns out to be Sessions indicting and refering for prosecution a dozen or so Clintons, Obamas, Podestas, et al.

I don’t either, but neither did I like Sessions way of handling the issue. When someone selects you for a job you owe them loyalty. If you can’t give it, you should resign. I think Sessions is a very ethical person, but his performance seems to be very disloyal to Trump.

If Sessions is OUT, does that mean Rod Rosenstein won't be the top guy anymore & his new AG can fire that DBag Mueller?

Why all the games? DJT needs to persuade Sessions to resign.

Couldn’t he just tell him?

Interesting points! I also don’t see anything in Rosenstein’s background that would be cause for concern. He seems to be a very smart and proven Republican prosecutor who even worked for Ken Starr.

And what if Trump now has the intercepts reported by the news that shows Sessions really did talk with the Russian ambassador about the campaign, as reported last week?

He could have ordered them brought to him.
