I presented valid and true Passports, Marriage License, and Birth Certificate in persons at the US Embassy Bangkok, but that was not sufficient, they basically required a DNA test costing me over $1K and 2 more trips (600 miles RT each).

US Courts accept validated Father’s per the birth certificate, but not the US Thailand embassy.

Some of us here thought it might be a good idea to have someone who understood how bad Washington was.
