President Trump suggested Monday that his anti-government corruption mantra of “draining the swamp” already needs an overhaul.

“Drain the Swamp should be changed to Drain the Sewer – it’s actually much worse than anyone ever thought, and it begins with the Fake News!” the president tweeted.

“After 1 year of investigation with Zero evidence being found, Chuck Schumer just stated that ‘Democrats should blame ourselves, not Russia,’” he added in a separate tweet.

During an appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” Schumer discussed the Democrats’ new economic agenda, which he said they would present Monday.

“The No. 1 thing that we did wrong is we didn’t tell people what we stood for,” Schumer said.

Trump’s tweets came shortly after his son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner released a statement ahead of his closed-door testimony to a Senate committee probing Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election and any possible collusion by Trump associates.

A couple of hours later, Trump continued his tweet storm about the Russia investigation, asking why the congressional panels probing Russia aren’t examining Hillary Clinton’s role.

There was a recent post about Cruz and nationality that got me thinking. Drain the F##king swamp to the ends of earth.

I presented valid and true Passports, Marriage License, and Birth Certificate in persons at the US Embassy Bangkok, but that was not sufficient, they basically required a DNA test costing me over $1K and 2 more trips (600 miles RT each).

US Courts accept validated Father’s per the birth certificate, but not the US Thailand embassy.

Governments are out of citizen control.

Career politicians are killing this country

I wonder if term limits would do any good. They'd just have to sell out faster to deep-pocket supporters in order to amass their fortunes and plan for their future in less time. What has to change is the rigged game....US citizens have no way to break in to the cycle that feeds the beast. What we've learned so far in the Trump presidency is swampthings (both political parties) don't even pretend to believe in their campaign rhetoric when their power is threatened.

"Health Reform" is a farce and so will "tax reform" be. Why? Not one of those DC swampthings is making stifling the massive cash flow their deep pocket donors get from the gov. Health care cannot be fixed and taxes cannot be reformed unless those donors don't benefit from any new laws they pass.

I wish they'd get on to infrastructure. That's what needs doing, it's what would get bipartisan support, and it's a real good way to get money to middle class workers and into local communities.
