McCain's blood clot may be more significant than first thought
CNN ^ | July 17, 2017 | Debra Goldschmidt

"It's a significant operation," he said, adding that general anesthesia was used and "there was obviously an abnormality that was concerning enough for him to go through this." Gupta prefers to refer to the clot as an "abnormality" because lab results are still pending and, "it's a pretty significant size of compression on that part of the brain."

McCain should have retired years ago. Running for office at his age is unconscionable. In the private sector, his career arc would be impossible. The reason McCain is still around is that the establishment knows whoever replaces him will not be as pliant. Same with Thad Cochran in Mississippi. He is practically a vegetable, can barely speak, yet the GOPe cheated in the election to keep him in over a Tea Party candidate.

I don’t give a rats behind about McCain. Brain damaged people should not be in government. Any way God chooses to remove him is ok by me.

Why did he even run for re-election?

Why did he even run for re-election?

... just to be clear... I’m not declaring a goner. It just seems that being a U.S. Senator is a very serious matter, and *should* not be the sort of job that someone so elderly, and having led such a physically difficult life, should aspire to.

This was put out on Twitter days ago. As usual the dinosaur media is way behind the power curve b/c they’re so lazy they just believe press releases rather than investigate further.

“May he have a speedy recovery and retire soon and go write a book or whatever.”

I would settle for a quick “departure.”

Way back in the day I flew charters, I had a “Red Blanket” flight taking a kid with a brain tumor to Md Anderson in Houston from Detroit... never got above 2500 ft in a Lear 25.
Priority handling by the ATC was amazing

‘He’ll be back with us soon.’

As opposed to, ‘He’ll be back with us next week,’ — which was the orginal time table.

Est net worth of Cindy McCain..........$100M.
In 2000, she became chair of the now $300 million-a-year Hensley & Co. following her father’s death. It is one of the largest Anheuser-Busch beer distributors in the United States.
It’s time McCain.
