There will be plenty of moisture up until we get to maximum ice age point. By then the moisture will be frozen and the oceans will have fallen 100s of feet and will be very cold. So the long term forecast is years of biblical rains switching to snow and glaciers. Followed by a few thousand years of cold drought. Mankind wont be able to change a thing except ride the roller coaster once again.
This, in fact, was the older fear.
This changed to fear of warming when cause and effect were conflated with respect to CO2.
It might even turn out that there is a canceling effect, that all this extra anthropogenic CO2 has come at just the right time (God is no fool about scheduling things) to buffer away the worst.
