Blair Gladwin, owner of the California based Gladwin Guns and Ammo, filed three class action lawsuits last week against online payment processors PayPal, Stripe, and Square for singling out him and other firearms businesses.
The payment companies required Gladwin and the other owners to reveal the nature of their dealings after which the payment companies refused to work with them.
Gladwin claims this type of discrimination is a violation of Californias Unruh Civil Rights Act Sections 51, 52(a) and 52(c), a law that protects federally-licensed gun stores from such refusals of business transactions.
The class action lawsuits, according to a press statement, are on behalf of himself and all federal firearms dealers who were barred from starting an account or had an account terminated by a payment processor because of the type of business they ran.

Yes, if they were a bakery, they would be required to bake a cake for a homosexual wedding.
They now have a friend at the DOJ if that helps.
that’s it. get a homo to try an buy a weapon using PayPal.
Ping
Bake the cake!
It’s a sticky wicket.
What if the US Treasury said that money is not valid when tendered by homosexuals? That’s the other extreme here.
Somewhere between “bake the [dedicated, decorated] cake” and this, must lie wisdom.
Hey, why not ping the Pink Pistols.
The cake issue is a 1st amendment issue. If homosexuals just wanted to come buy blank cakes, I doubt even the Christian bakeries would be complaining about being expected to. It’s the dedication, the artwork, that is the 1st amendment issue here.
This Ping List is for all things pertaining to the 2nd Amendment.
FReepmail me if you want to be added to or deleted from the list.
Uh, cerakote in rainbow ? Just sayin’...................
The founder and former owner of Paypal, at least, is libertarian and says he would not have such a policy.
This could ultimately be a federal issue, as to whether payment processors may discriminate, or how they may discriminate if they may.
If payment processors may discriminate, then they should also not be permitted to hold monopolies. That would be my view. There should always be some reasonable way to pay a merchant of any legal thing.
That’s funny! Yeah, Paypal will only pay for rainbow rifles.

Dirty little secret, since the Pulse niteclub shooting gun shops around Orlando seen an increase in LGBT clientele.
I am so exhausted from hearing that y’all don’t like gays, give it a rest. I have been sick of it since I was in the Army 30 years ago and actually asked why all the gay jokes. It’s tiring and it’s boring. Quit. Do you all have some hangup?
Hey, I’m only poking a little fun at those poor fools.
I think if the gays would quit being so serious and could start laughing at their own condition, they might be able to actually let a little of the light of God into many of their hearts. Yes, they are in an absurd state. Yes it causes a lot of misery. But it’s also fundamentally ridiculous. (God will laugh at them: Psalm 2.)
I think the gay jokes in the forces might actually be a way of combating dark temptations. When the devil’s raining his worst on you night and day and there’s your buddy... it might be easy to get some pretty raunchy ideas from time to time.
So flouting it has a way of driving that off.
At least that’s my theory. And so tiresome as it may seem, it’s necessary. Notice how the most militant gay groups will not let you kid about the topic.
