Records relating to former National Security Advisor Susan Rice’s surveillance of Americans, including Trump campaign and transition officials, have been sealed at the Barack Obama Presidential Library.
That means they are off-limits from the public for the next five years under the Presidential Records Act.
In April, reports emerged that Rice had requested to “unmask” — or unveil the hidden names of — Trump transition officials who were caught up in surveillance of foreign targets.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton explained on "Fox & Friends" that they received (a letter) informing them that their request for materials related to Rice's unmasking of U.S. citizens, the hacking of DNC computers and suspected Russian communications with the Trump team will not be fulfilled.

TALKING POINTS----taxpayers refuse to approve one thin dime for the Obama Library UNLESS Obama turns over the Rice documents.....and NOT UNTIL Rice answer questions. Taxpayers want answers now.
Questions for Rice:
1. When did you request the unmasking, and from which agency?
2. Who in that agency actually did the unmasking? Please provide the written requests you submitted.
3. Once the names were unmasked, did you still believe there was a threat to national security from the named US persons?
4. If so, with whom did you share the information, and what actions were taken to protect America and American citizens?
5. If you did not, then you should not have shared the names with anyone else, so how did the names become known?
6. Why was any of the info detailed here deliberately withheld on the FISA application? (it's a felony to willfully withhold information when applying for a FISA).

The NSA didn’t unmask the information initially, plus later investigations found NO collusion between Russia and Trump. Seems to be proof-positive that whatever suspicions Obama/Rice/Brennan may have had to justify the unmasking were absolutely wrong, or more likely non-existent.
Are they hard copy or electronic format. If they are electronic, or were ever reduced to electronic I would have to say that duplicates are available somewhere in the Cloud or on other hard drives.

I bet that there should be email copies somewhere of her requests, as in S Rice, asked me to unmask, so I need you to supply information on who it was. If there are email copies, then she can still get her day in court.
