GA Has voter id. You cannot buss in voters in this distict. You have to win with the voters you got.
All comes down to how energized the Dem base is and how depressed the GOP base is.

Outstanding for GA. We have to show our voter registration in TN plus an ID( Drivers license). I think some use other ID as I have seen a van or more full of folks with NC license plates here in Nashville area.
