I saw a 1% counted and Handel up by 3 and the early numbers are normally high Dem early votes.
I say she wins by no more than 3

Georgia does not have party registration.
That is why RINOs win primaries here. A percentage of Democrats ask for a Republican primary ballot and vote for the most moderate to push the Conservative vote down. It will not change anytime soon even though we have a Republican legislature because Republicans can do the same to the Democrats.
