You can try, but it’s a pointless exercise. Individual states can set up a recall process in their state constitutions (which would apply strictly to their state elected officials, such as Governor and state legislator), but it cannot supersede the Federal/U.S. Constitution, which lays out the only manner with which a federal officeholder can be removed (via impeachment).
