What was subverted? Did Russia hack voting machines, pay bums to vote, find “missing” ballots in a closet? Did it send questions to candidates before a debate? Did it organize people to register to vote in multiple counties? Did it put club-wielding thugs in front of polling places?
If it did anything, it obtained memos and emails and gave them to a leaker that Democrats used to love.
How do you even subvert an election process that is gamed out, computer modeled, and push-polled to death already?

What Putin did, if he did anything, was to allow the truth about Podesta and the gang around HRC to be divulged to the voters before they voted.
This is not a crime, it is a public service.
