with over 200 youths ‘to try to stop a party there’.

She was foolish trying to confront this crowd. She should have called both the police AND the apartment management. The pool was likely taken over by non resident youth or were invited by a resident’s kid. An eviction would be in order for the residents who may have invited this crowd of thugs.
