I can see a struggle over the First Amendment at least. A majority might well ban “hate speech” or Islam, to only mention two hot topics. What to do with the commerce clause. More specific delineation of states rights. IMO there are many unknowns.

Exactly! No electoral college “ran away” precisely because the electors were limited by state law, just as state COS delegates will be.

Mark probably tries to buy World Series tickets when his team wins its third game of the season.Your example exaggerates Mark's exaggeration, and you do it to a higher degree.
Do the math.

I wonder if a Convention of the States is a good idea. We knew the infiltration of the Republican Party was bad, but did we know how bad?
I agree completely.
The lobbyists have mastered their craft at this point in our history--the delegates would get very rich very fast and the country would accelerate off the cliff.

Mr. Levin,
You know the Courts will never allow this to happen. They will say that all the resolutions had to take place in the same year or time or make up some
rule to DQ your efforts. It is the totalitarianism that our leftist brethren embrace in this day and age.

And I am sure all of our nation’s foreign NWO adversaries and influencing domestic enemies within (compromised uniparty cryptomarxist legislators, academic and media elites) are big proponents of Article V, too!!!!
Amazes me how damn naive Art V ConCon fans are to not bother to think thru their pipedream fixation.
Do you honestly believe the nation’s majority of legislative bodies are trustworthy enough to understand intention of and follow our current US and State Constitutions in good faith, nevermind be trusted to make perilous changes?
Our nation’s governing structure doesn’t have flawed blueprints and bylaws.
We The People have willingly allowed very flawed officers to mismanage our federal affairs.

Not the biggest news of the day; Levins comment may have been the most hyperbolic of the day. The Convention of the States aint gonna happen. Just sayin
But it is Levin's solution to all our problems.....

Please some links where globalists and NWO are "salivating" over a possible Art V. Please do it.

>>>All good things are possible upon repeal of the 17th, and impossible without it.<<<
The population is immoral. The tyranny of the minority by the majority is in progress. Laws and the constitution are being ignored bc of it. I’m skeptical how much good could come of the Levin’s Liberty amendments if the population abides by dishonest and immoral leaders. And this is not really a new problem. FDR basically broke the clear meaning of the constitution way back.

One circuit court judge can stop the President from passing and taking clearly Constitutional Executive actions. That need to be fixed and could be fixed via Art V.
There are a lot more examples.

state number 11 out of 34 needed. ...
I'll be cryogenically revived 500 years from now before that ever takes place........

Please, a struggle over the 1A between whom at a COS?
While the formal amendment process of Article V is purposely cumbersome, scotus can amend the Constitution at the whim of five justices. This usurpation can only be reversed with repeal of the 17th Amendment.

Clearly. But in the course of attempting a fix, don’t you think there will be the same level of blue state obstruction as there is in congress?
