What is the logic that this doesn’t infringe on religion? Can churches still do this?

I'm going to guess it is a business that is IN business to DENY the business of converting fags back to normalcy and you can't deny a business from conducting business.

Anyway, that seems to be the logic, certainly of the ninth circus that overthrows perfectly good legislation and EO's.

"Gay conversion therapy methods range from counseling, hypnosis and dating-skill training to aversive techniques that induce pain or electric shocks in response to same-sex erotic images [emphases added], according to California officials. Such treatments stem from a belief that homosexuality is a mental illness, a view that has been discredited for decades, the state said in court papers."

????????????

Sounds like evil on both sides of the fence.

Insights welcome.

What’s the logic period?

Shrinks are allowed to “help” kooks who want to be turned from men into women. How could it be illegal for doctors to help sick people who want to be normal?

I think the qualifying word would be ‘for pay.’ In other words, a paid counselor, psychologist, or medical person.

At least that’s what they say now. Count on them construing this to mean any effort to help youth overcome same-sex attraction. It’s coming.
