DJT is 100% Constitutionally correct to do as you say. But will he have the fortitude to do what needs to be done? Time will tell.

If he does, ignorant Congressional representatives would use this as grounds for impeachment. Or perhaps it is not ignorance but rather, their allegiance to their donors’ wishes. Nevertheless, their vote would be the same.

Either DJT backs down and we admit we are now ruled by tyrant judges, OR, DJT and the People rise up and reclaim our country and Constitution from these communist usurpers once and for all....and do it in a way that ensures they will never try to steal our country again.

I really do believe we are on the precipice of a defining Moment in Time here.

“This system has been broken by liberals.
And the Republicans allowed it. “

And now that we have Trump and Republican control of both the Senate and House, what will they do to fix it?

"Now, let them enforce it." Image and video hosting by TinyPic If the left is insisting on a civil war, let's get started. California is as good as place as any to kick it off.

Our system must have a way of unblocking an unlawful order from some two-bit liberal fascist leftist on the bench.

If the law allows this, then Trump should demand immediate legislation from the Republican House and Senate to immediately reverse it.

That's exactly the wrong response, the right response would be to enforce this law.

We’ve allowed our “betters” to stray so far from the constitution that the “system” broke.

Liberal judges now rule our nation.

Question: how do we stop them?

Fine. Can’t withhold the illegal transfers of taxpayers funds; we’ll remember that.

Now, Sessions, do you job and enforce the LAW....to the fullest. Not even being an elected official allows such blatant in-your-face subversion. String ‘em up by the short and curlies and don’t stop when they scream “Uncle”.

"Trump needs to call on House and Senate Republicans to replace their leadership."

Nailed it. State/local rights are fine, but the rest of us don't pay for these Democratic voter drives and illegal immigrant welfare.

I truly believed that Trump wouldn't be cowed, nor have the wool pulled over his eyes, but I was wrong.

He doesn't have enough "good" advisers, IF he has any at all. And he doesn't know HOW to fight political things; sadly.

He can't be impeached over telling the judge to "STUFF IT" and just do what he planned to do. No judge has jurisdiction over where the Fed Government send money to, or doesn't. I doubt that they have any re the the immigration stuff either.

It is CONGRESS who makes the law AND decides about spending. HOW COME I KNOW THIS, BUT TRUMP DOESN'T?

Trump needs to get the arseholes in Congress to do his bidding...RIGHT NOW; not the other way around, which IS, thanks to Ryan, what's happening! WHAT USE IS IT TO HAVE MAJORITIES IN BOTH HOUSES AND THE PRESIDENCY ?

The Constitution and federal law no longer have meaning.

We are Venezuela.

Article IV Convention of States is the only peaceful solution.

1) Entitlements are a special class of funding that the recipients are entitled to by belonging to a specified class. Does not apply to block grants to state and local governments.
2) Congress passes funding bills, approving expenditures by the executive branch. The executive branch is not required to make the expenditures.
3) Obama refrained from enforcing immigration laws, on the argument that the President does not even have to enforce the law, if he doesn’t like what the law requires. This seemed to be fine to the media and other Dems when it buttered their bread.

In view of the above, Trump simply has to refrain from action, i.e., sending huge payments to state and local governments that are in violation of federal immigration law. Judge can hold his breath and count to a billion, but that will not put money in his buddies pockets. Perhaps Trump should refrain from paying salaries to judges that flout the law based on their political whims.

These judges are just ignoring the basics of the law. After the judges stopped the travel from certain countries the left would not argue what the judges did was for and is the law.

This crap has to stop right now. Judges who don;t give a damn about the law.

Why was it legal in the 1980’s for the feds to block federal funding to states that did not raise their drinking age to 21?

The Trump Presidency is really ripping the covers off of the Establishment machine. We may not win but at least they are laid bare, naked for all to see in its magnificent glory.

True. We apparently don't need a Legislative Branch any more.

Fire them all. The Judiciary will submit a Federal Budget to the soon-to-be-eliminated Administrative Branch.

The Order is horrendously written, and inconclusive as to how it impacts Jeff Sessions ability to withhold money per agreements. If Sessions believes the cities are in violation of the terms and conditions of grants then I do not see how this order prevents his ability to withhold the money. Still working through the 50 page judge order. BTW, never read an opinion so laden with judicial butt hurt—its his home that was targeted by Trump.

The judiciary has far, far exceeded its separation of powers bounds with this ruling and the ones pertaining to vetting immigrants from terrorist hell holes. I realize Marbury v Madison established the principle of judicial review, which was and remains extra-constitutional (not in the Constitution, but not challenged by Founding Fathers still alive at that time). But there is review and there is complete abandonment of separation of powers. The judiciary seriously needs a slap down, but the only way to get it is if the Trump Administration fights these rulings to the Supreme Court. Even then, there is no guarantee the Court will rule appropriately.
