Having worked extensively in a milieu of latinios, it is fair to say that latinos will say things about black people that white people would never dare to say, at least not in the public sphere. Latino people consider themselves as white, or a type of white person. Most would be insulted if you lumped them together demographically with American blacks.
Maxine is fooling herself if she thinks importing legions of hispanics will in any way improve the lot of Holder's people. And then when you throw in competition for jobs between American Blacks and Latinos … that is a whole other can of worms with Latinos generally having the upper hand among the majority of employers.
