A new report finds that, under the guise of “personalized learning,” school-issued computer devices — now distributed to one-third of K-12 students in schools across the United States — are serving to collect and store an unprecedented amount of personal data on children without their parents’ notice or consent. A newly released investigation by Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) reveals student use of technology in school has grown at a profound rate, especially with free or low-fee devices issued by schools.

They are not public schools for education they are kiddie kennels for keeping kids penned up, dumbed down, and taught to be sexual subservients to the ruling class.

It isn’t their computer. The owners are entitled to the information.

A very high price is paid for free education. Why would parents agree to sending their kids to public edujamacaton?

Our forefathers had chalk and slate, and they were far better educated.

They had schoolbooks that actually contained FACTS! What a concept... and those lucky enough to be in a “one room schoolhouse” got to learn at an accelerated pace by being part of a group where they overheard the lessons given to the grades above them.

[If they want free stuff, they need to accept the consequences.]

Common core requires students use laptops or ipads

The implementation of common core REQUIRES parents to complete a data driven questionnaire.

Michelle Malkin wrote about the information parents give after common core was first introduced.

Facebook has managed to do what the government has been doing for decades, collecting personal information for fun and profit. I don’t put anything on the cloud.

FB, Twitter, etc. are all *voluntary*, unlike govt.

Who watches the watchmen?

We just got out of 8+yrs. of non-enforcement of Law (not that Zero could tell his ass from his elbow...OK, he may know the former personally).

1) It’s not ‘free’
2) It’s NOT ‘education’

RE: the high price is paid, I suspect you mean the taxes stolen for a service (some) used for a limited amount of time but will be paid indefinitely?

As for the WHY, I believe the above statement is the answer: it’s already ‘paid’ for, why not use it. Plus, taxed to the hilt, parents have little incentive/time/energy/ability to do better.

History Repeating – Ahead of French Election Facebook Blocks 30,000 Accounts…
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | 14 Apr, 2017 | Sundance
Posted on April 16, 2017 at 10:59:59 AM CDT by MtnClimber

A report surfaces today that Facebook has shut down 30,000 user accounts from France. The French election is in 10 days and given the nature of Facebook’s political activity in shaping national elections many are seeing a connection.

[…] In a blog post, Facebook said it was acting against 30,000 fake accounts in France. It said its priority was to remove suspect accounts with high volumes of posting activity and the biggest audiences. –link–

Facebook was first used as a political tool during the Egyptian uprising in 2010. It was the introduction and coordinated use of social media which led to the ouster of Hosni Mubarak and the installation of Mohammed Morsi. Additionally, WikiLeaks earlier released evidence showing the CIA was previously used in the 2012 French election to shape the outcome......

The U.K. Brexit outcome and the success of President Donald Trump are two losses for the globalist sycophants; a loss in France would be the proverbial dam break.
