I don’t know the answer to that. I was taking a daily vitamin pill. My med school told me to stop because only 1/2 of the pill gets absorbed into the body. She recommended I take a liquid vitamin because all of the liquid gets absorbed.
I buy mine online, it’s called To Your Health and it has everything but the kitchen sink! The problem is cost. It’s $43.62 for the main vitamin/mineral supplement. They also make a bottle for liquid joint pain and weight management.
I noticed a big difference once I started taking these! Energy zoomed. I just felt better and I think it helps my immune system. I am rarely ill. Here is the link:

Also take Magnesium for the run down feeling. It fixes all kinds of aches and pains. http://www.ancient-minerals.com/magnesium-deficiency/need-more

Of that full gram probably 90%+ is lost before absorption in the stomach. I know in chewable , gummy and suppository meds the amount absorbed through soft/moist tissues is far higher but not as high as through the lungs for inhaled meds.
