Democratic Congressman Robert Francis "Beto" O'Rourke, an Irish-American who adopted the Mexican nickname during his childhood in Texas, officially announced on Friday that he will run for U.S. Senate in 2018 against Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas).

The Mexican nickname came in handy in 2012 when O'Rourke decided to challenge eight-term incumbent Democrat Silvestre Reyes in a congressional district that is 75 percent Mexican and just 2 percent Irish.
O'Rourke won and has since legislated under the belief that he is the representative for both the people of El Paso and neighbor across the U.S. border, Juarez, arguing that it is his responsibility to look after the interests of the Mexican city.

His nomination should be postponed and contingent upon his decision not to seek re-election. And Trump better have an alternative nominee handy, because Cruz will lose.
In the Mexicali area near the California border there are a lot of Mexicans with Chinese last names.

They were in trouble with the law a few years ago and Beto was one of those RATS who boycotted the prime minister of Israel!! HE IS A TOTAL ASS!! Nasty ignorant Assbutt!! I remember going to one of his Townhall meetings and I asked him why people from Mexico who have homes here we’re still driving their vehicles with Mexican license plates avoiding state fees ...you won’t believe his answer... He told me that it was the same thing as people who live here who have other US state plates!!! I kid you not! What a colossal idiot!

So he’s like the anti-Ted Cruz. He’s an anglo guy with a Hispanic nickname who is a Dem. And Cruz is a Cuban with an anglo nick name. (Real name Rafael, like his dad.)
Juarez residents feel it’s their civic duty to vote in US elections. The voter fraud is unbelievable.
