A Guatemalan national accused of raping a minor has disappeared after being allowed to post bail.
Gabino Vargas-Perez, a 20-year-old legal resident whose parents live in Guatemala, allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl whom he was dating after stalking her for months at Central High School, according to KETV News.
The victim’s aunt told KETV that the teen reported the stalking to school officials but nothing was done. The administration says they have no records of the reports.

I think we’d do well to purge our nation’s judges and replace them with, say, military vets, after some retraining.
Meanwhile, in Las Vegas, 10th generation Americans sit in jail without bond for...protesting the government stealing their cattle.
It could be that OPS has no record of the stalking reports, because OPS has come out and made a statement avowing their alignment with illegals (and not with the taxpayers and citizens of the Omaha Public Schools district).

Unless you can prove the aunt was complicit in the rape then she did nothing wrong. It’s not like she knew the guy was a rapist beforehand.
