Do the stats include any woman who presents herself to a hospital without the ability to pay for child delivery, or without insurance, automatically assigned to Medicare so the hospital will be reimbursed?
Could skew the stats bigly!
Lowering the national average IQ should do wonders for our culture and well being.

Medicaid is unconstitutional. Same for Medicare and Social Security. All three need to end ASAP.

I remember when all three of my grand daughters were born at Kennestone Hospital, Georgia.
I also remember sitting outside taking a smoke break and watching the multiple anchor baby droppers just show up at the hospital ‘suddenly pregnant’ with nowhere to go. The hospital had to take them all in and deliver. Not one red cent did these illegals pay. Not one red cent.
No magic law is needed. Existing law just needs to be enforced. It could be done today, with a mere word from the President.
The problem is that probably the larger majority of the ones that do breed and procreate are exactly what this country doesn’t need.
I’m always reminded about that recurring scene in “Idiocracy” about the decision-to-breed dilemma of the educated, able couple versus the complete-no-good mancouple who’d screw anything in sight.
That is why our hospitals are closing here in NJ (and as I understand it, in California as well); too much “charity care” (read: non-payment), with the state gradually reducing reimbursements until the place closes. Some remain as medical facilities (where insurance/payment can be worked out beforehand), but ERs in particular are gone. As a result, if you visit an ER in another hospital (further away), you line up behind even more of the same “da-me-estos” (Latino gibsmedats).
Americans and their employers are fleeing NJ because they can’t be taxed to death providing EVERY SINGLE THING TO THESE INVADERS: Public school, housing, food, medical care (not insurance; CARE)...
NAFTA and the open borders were sold to Americans with the myth that these “workers” would save Social Security; they’ve spent a couple of decades now making it clear that they are not interested in contributing ANYTHING financially to this country. They are only wanted as consumers/takers now by the poverty and public education sectors; no intention at all of making them productive contributors...
The most common practice for those illegals who use a W-2/SSAN to get work is that they claim so many exemptions on their W-4 there are essentially no state or federal taxes on the paycheck at all. So the only thing that hits them is the 6.2% FICA and the 1.45% Medicaid. But they get that back in spades with the birth of just one little anchor baby.
The FICA they pay? No, the owner of the SSN doesn’t get credit for their earnings because SSA keeps track of ever bit of it to keep from having to pay out a higher payment to the real owner.
They KNOW each and every instance of fraudulent use and they keep them all accounted for and separate. The simplest thing to do in a data base is to field-search. Has been for a very long time. That’s what they’re for.
They do this because it is free income to SS now and whatever has to be paid out later if illegals are amnestied falls on the doorstep of some other schmuck. They’ll be long gone by then.
They come hear save a few thousand dollars US and go home(or send the money home). That $2-3000 exchanged back into their home country pathetic currency means they are now in the middle class of their home country.

You assume that illegal aliens and citizens have health insurance at the same rates and since hospitals cannot turn away a woman in labor, they get their baby delivered free.
Ridiculous, isn’t it? And that just applies to those working for a check instead of cash...
I don’t believe most ever intend to go back; that would be the ones with an IQ over 85 (that save their money to make something back home). The rest are just happy to have running water, public schools that feed their kids for free, and free food and rent for life.
